AI Disclosure

How nterprise AI uses artificial intelligence, our AI provider, and our commitment to human oversight of AI-generated outputs.

Kalpa Solutions Pty Ltd (trading as nterprise.ai) ("nterprise", "we", "us") is committed to transparency about how we use artificial intelligence (AI) within our Services. This disclosure explains the role AI plays, how outputs are reviewed, and our data commitments to clients.

Our AI Provider

We use Anthropic as our sole AI model provider. All AI-powered features within the Services are built on Anthropic's Claude models, accessed via Anthropic's API. We do not use any other third-party AI model providers.

Anthropic is a US-based AI safety company. For information on how Anthropic handles data, see the Anthropic Privacy Policy.

How AI Is Used in the Services

AI features within nterprise Services may include (but are not limited to):

  • drafting, summarising, or restructuring text based on user-supplied content;
  • generating reports or analyses from structured data inputs;
  • answering questions about documents, datasets, or project context provided by the user;
  • suggesting actions, recommendations, or next steps within workflows; and
  • processing web content or external documents for research and context enrichment.

AI features are clearly signposted within the product interface.

Human Review of AI Outputs

All AI-generated outputs that are acted upon in a professional or consequential context are subject to review by a qualified human expert before being presented as final or relied upon.

Specifically:

  • AI outputs embedded in client-facing deliverables, reports, or recommendations are reviewed by a qualified professional before delivery.
  • Automated AI outputs (e.g., background analysis) are flagged as AI-generated and prompt users to verify them independently before relying on them.
  • nterprise does not represent that AI outputs are free from error, bias, or hallucination. AI outputs are generated probabilistically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading even when they appear confident.

We strongly advise users not to act on any AI-generated output — particularly in legal, financial, medical, or safety-critical contexts — without independent verification by an appropriately qualified professional.

No Training on Client Data

We do not use any Customer Content — including prompts, documents, or data submitted by users — to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve any AI model, whether Anthropic's models or our own systems.

Our agreement with Anthropic includes data processing terms that prohibit Anthropic from using API inputs submitted by nterprise to train their models. User prompts and outputs are used solely to provide the requested Service response.

AI Limitations and Known Risks

Users should be aware of the following inherent limitations of AI-generated content:

  • Hallucination — AI models may produce plausible-sounding but factually incorrect information, including fabricated citations, statistics, or names.
  • Bias — AI models may reflect biases present in their training data.
  • Outdated knowledge — AI model knowledge has a training cut-off date and may not reflect current laws, regulations, market conditions, or events.
  • Context sensitivity — AI outputs depend heavily on the quality and completeness of the input provided.

nterprise is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs without appropriate independent verification. See our Terms of Service for our full liability position.

Regulatory and Ethical Commitments

nterprise is committed to responsible AI use:

  • We support the principles of the OECD Principles on AI and the Australian Government's AI Ethics Principles, including transparency, fairness, accountability, and safety.
  • We do not use AI to make fully automated decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on individuals without human oversight.
  • We provide users with meaningful information about when AI is being used and the basis on which AI outputs are generated.

Updates to This Disclosure

We will update this disclosure as our use of AI evolves, including if we add new AI providers or materially change how AI is used within the Services.
